“Unite for Wellness: International Yoga Day Celebration 2024 – 21.06.2024”
On 21st June 2024, our school proudly observed International Yoga Day, embracing the power of yoga for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This global event was celebrated with great enthusiasm by students and teachers alike, as we came together to honor the ancient practice and its many benefits.
The day began with a peaceful and energizing session of yoga, where students of all ages participated in various asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. The event was not only a great way to promote health but also helped foster mindfulness, focus, and a sense of inner peace among everyone present.
Our yoga instructors guided the students through simple yet effective exercises that emphasized balance, flexibility, and strength. The celebration highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily routines for overall well-being.
